Well, if you didn't count salt and pepper, you can make "cabbage cucamonga" with cabbage, mashed potatoes and melt cheese on top. But it does taste better with onion, garlic and maybe an egg and butter in the mashed potato :-)

Chicken breasts w/ salt & pepper baked. My favorite is a pork tenderloin in the crock pot covered in chicken broth w/ a clove of garlic.... Omit the garlic & when it's done cooking you can take the juice from the crockpot, transfer to a pot, add a little cornstarch & you have gravy!

Cook mushrooms and onions in a bit of olive oil. Add whole spinach leaves, stir fry till the spinach is just wilted, add a splash of raspberry viniagrette, and eat while it is still warm.
