I would like to Shed some pounds, myself ... I use to be 350 ; BUT developed my own diet plan that caused me to get down to 190 ... I did gain back 85 pounds ; BUT I am getting rid of That extra weight NOW .. a few pounds at a time ... NOTE: Do not say you want to "LOSE" weight because IF you "lose" something you want it back ... so say that you want to shed pounds, drop some weight etc ... +5

funny you ask I want to be 200 pounds and wil lose 95 pounds I have a new Doctor ~Dr. Stephen Bell and he has a diet clinin in his pratice and he lost 90 ounds~~all the people in the *group* has had great success withthe Opti-fast Diet Plan~~so wish me a safe journey to my destinantion

I am actually pretty satisfied with my weight. I actually have to be careful not to loose too much because I have a very fast metabolism! I can eat anything I want. And if I do not eat plenty of calories I will loose! +2 ( sorry I am still new)
