Irish, English, French, no idea of percentage except 100% American.
-
My grandfather was Irish so I suppose I am 25% Irish.
-
I'm only a little Irish (about 10%)
-
my mom is 50 %, so, I suppose I am 25 %, (a little more on 3/17 !
-
About %30. Although I think some of that is actually Welsh.
-
My last name is German-Irish, but I consider myself an all American! Still, happy St. Patty's to everyone!
-
I have heard that there may be some Irish heritage in my background but it can't be very much. Their are areas of Louisiana that have a large Irish population, and that have huge St. Patty's day celebrations; but, I don't know if any made it into my family. Cajuns will adopt any culture that involves celebrating a holiday with beer; so, it may just be wishful thinking. Happy St. Patrick's Day, anyway, to all of you.
-
None that I know of. But it doesn't mean I can't celebrate! :)
-
Both sides of my family came to America during the "Irish Potato Famine". My mom is about 25% and my dad was about 25%, not sure what that makes me. All I can say is that I'm definitely an Irish Girl - auburn hair, blue eyes, fair skin and fiesty as ever when needed. Happy St. Patrick's Day - Erin Go Bragh!
-
I am 1 quarter Irish. My name not taken from my God foresaken father is O'Reilly
-
I would say 100%, but just to be safe (you never know) 99.999%. My parents were both children of Irish immigrants that came to New York in the early 20th century.
-
0.0% as far as I know. I'm almost completly german in ancestory.
-
I have traced my Dad's side of the family back to 960 and my Mom's to the 1600s (still working on it). Lo and behold, both sides are Irish through and through. That would easily explain my red hair and green eyes :) Happy St. Patrick's Day! ------------- Updated: Oh dear. It seems I am less Irish than I thought. Mom's side, as it turns out, is predominantly Scottish. So, the percentage is probably 55% Irish, 40% Scottish, and 5% English.
-
I'm 25% Irish. And thanks, Happy St. Patty's Day to you too!
-
I am :} Family came from County Cork and Dublin
-
I'm roughly 25% Irish, but it's actually a little more than that. But I've got lots of red (orange) hair, so that's a plus!
-
My grandfather was Irish and my mothers father was 25% Irish,so that would make me about 18.75% Irish,I think.......
-
hard to work out...my paternal grandmother was a Murphy, but it was her greatgrandfather Edward Murphy who was born in Ireland(Ardagh Co Cork)and a Joanna Leggett from Birr Co Offaly(greatgreatgreatgrandmother). She married a British solder stationed in IReland, and, like the Murphys, ended up in New Zealand. On my mother's side, I have a convict from Manchester whose father, John Tole, was almost certainly Irish (great-great-great-great grandfather), another great-greatgrandmother Mary Connors (also a convict) from Ballina Co Mayo, a Thomas Connolly and his wife Mary nee McInerney(greatgreatgreatgrandparents), free settlers from Co Clare, and some medieval irish and scottish lines that go back to Brian Boru and further.

Sometime in the late or mid 1800's on my mother's father's side of my family, her great grand father married and Irish girl from Cork Ireland. That works out to 1/16 percent.
