Your question is not very clear. What are you planning to sell/relocate-your rental? Yes, the 2 out of 5 years would still apply. Was the rental your principle residence for 2 out of 5? Unless you file a MFJ return in the year of sale, you would only get the $250K exclusion if that's what you are referring to. Hope this helps.
