I have not gone to New York. I have been to many great cities in the the US and the world, but never had the desire to to New York city. It seams like a lot of people running around and being rude.I am most likely wrong and New York is great, just not great for me.
-
Yes, I live there. It's not that awesome as you might think it is.
-
every year
-
No, not yet. My son is dying to go so I hope we'll get there soon.
-
Went on a shopping spree last year..loved it!
-
Yes, on a grad trip. It was awesome.
-
I never left this damn state.
-
A few times. I have been to NYC and upstate NY.
-
I used to, all the time, when I lived in CT. It's great. It's got something for everyone, so if you don't like one thing, move on until you are in love with the place. If the City isn't for you, there are beautiful spots upstate - especially in peak foliage season. It's breathtaking. There are tiny old hotels on glacial lakes with a view to die for, and hardly a sound except the cracking of twigs echoing across the glassy water.
-
I've been to New York a few times. I really like it, although NYC is really crowded. All the time.
-
Yes, I went last year on a three day city break. I stayed at the Crowne Plaza hotel, Times Square
-
Born and bred! Come visit us everybody! I've traveled to many places, and obviously I'm playing favorites, but there's nowhere like it! The sights, the food, the pace, the excitement, the faces from every country in the world, it's just someplace you've got to see! And we're very friendly. As you can tell.
-
Nah, too many angry commuters, and feisty old Jewish men who say 'Oy vey!' at inopportune moments.
-
I was just there last week. LOVE IT.
-
I love to visit. NYC is a much friendlier place than reputed. I love the metropolitan atmosphere and the numerous cultural opportunities such as MOMA and the Natural History Museum. Love the street vendors, fine stores, bargains, restaurants, esp. the small ethnic ones. But for all the praise, I cannot imagine living shoulder to shoulder with 7 miilion people. My State, NC, has only a few more folks spread over many more miles.
-
my job allows me to welcome people to new york more than 300 days per year.
-
I went for a week a few years ago. It was very interesting to see and I would recommend it to anyone, but I couldn't live there, far too hectic for my liking.

I've been there a few times. I actually lived there for about 5 years of my life. Lived in the tri-cities, but I lived in New York, New York for a whole month for modeling.
-
I was born there and just moved to Fl 4 years ago. I love it there. I still go visit and bring my boys up there they enjoy the snow. Although the city is great and there are many things that are a must see, I think people should also see upstate NY it is beautiful. I lived upstate, about an hour and a half or so from the city, you get the best of both worlds. I think when people think of NY they tend to just think of the city, and there is more to it than that.
-
No. But I want to go there because that's where all of the Archie stuff are! I want to draw for Archie comics, and that's where the place is!

Yes, but not by air. I've driven through it many times, but only spent time there once. Too many people, too expensive and too unsafe, in my opinion.

I've been to every state in the lower 48 and most of the major cities. I've made it a policy to not go to the New England states again - they are the most unfriendly clan I've ever seen. This also includes New York. I've drawn an imaginary line around lower and western Pennsylvania - everything east of there I want to stay away from.
-
I used to live in Bronx, New York. If you mean New York City, I have been there a few times.
-
Lived there for several years. I don't recall ever visiting New York City, though.
