like ditto said the first thing your taught when life saving is that you always put your life before theirs, sounds cruel but it stops more innocent people getting killed.

If I thought I could get in and out in time. I admit that I would be terrified, and it is unlikely. But my heart would break for their pet. If it was a child, I wouldn't hesitate.

I love animals so I would rescue a pet in a minute. I would want someone to do the same for me. I would make sure that I could make it back out before I did, though. There is no sense in both of us dying.

If I thought I could save it without being killed or hurt myself then I would try.
