Hard to say. Sometimes I can eat curry without any effect and other times a cup of tea will give me terrific heartburn. Go figure.

Hot peppers!! They are upsetting from beginning to the end.But everyone in my family loves them.

Believe it or not, almost half of everything..I may not eat to much meat(any kind),no lactose-ingrediented foods or drinks and i must not eat chilly or oilly thingies...or i'll get really sick(vomiting,allergy,etc)

Dairy products. Lactose intolerance sucks.

The combination of steak and eggs makes me want to vomit.

The ONLY think I know of that gives me indigestion is Fritos Corn Chips. I don't know why, but if I eat more that one or two, I will regret it.

Green peppers, sometimes called Bell Peppers. If they are cooked no problem, when raw they give me major indigestion.

Fatty foods make me feel bluggy to say the least, but it doesn't upset my stomach per se. The first 2 times I had corned beef & cabbage in my life (both in college, so who knew what it was really made of) it was followed by violent digestive events.

Nothing that I know of which is great! Dairy used to but now that I'm a vegan, it's not a problem.
