When we moved in, the landlord hadn't cleared the property. It was full of stuff, a lot of it trash. The only sad treasure was two framed photos. Pictures of two young women smiling. It was all thrown away... there was no forwarding address, apparently the previous owners had done a runner.

No. Our house was brand new when we baught it.

I built my house and if and when I sell it. It will be perfect so I can get as much as possible for it.

People have left loads of trash in places I have moved into. No biggie. The worst was the people who had TAKEN the lightbulbs with them though. The lightbulbs! FFS!

Yes, some things were left behind. A few dishes, baking pans, and some of the wife's lotions were left in the bathroom. I threw them all out except the baking pans.

It was treasure to me. The family before had all grown up and seperated into the world. when we stripped the walls to re-decorate we found the childrens scribblings under the wall paper. all about there heights, what they liked and how much they loved their mum amd dad. Very touching to me and so priceless.
