  • My daughter is a 34HH and she was told the only way forward is surgery as the breast is muscle tissue
  • Haven't tried it but it seems to me that pills like that are either a lie, or are very unhealthy. I think the other answerer is right, that the only way of reducing breasts is surgery. Is there no way to reduce the pain, like by special bras or something?
  • i have taken breast reduction pills thet did NOTHING the pain was as bad as ever no change in size although they did make my nails grow
  • God, you poor thing. I am big, too, and it is painful for me. Pills aren't going to give you what you need, dear. Surgery is very safe except for the anesthesia. You will be sooo glad you did it after you wake up. I have known several females who did it and they had nothing but relief and good things to say.
  • I haven't tried it but it sounds like a scam. I'm kind of big too. I wear a 30FF currently and I have found that wearing the right bra works wonders. Did you get fitted for your bra or just wearing what fits? I used to think I was a 36DD and I had horrible back pains because my bra didn't fit right. I was refitted recently and I haven't had major backpain since switching. I also have found that push-ups and building the shoulder and back muscles help with the pain as well. If none of my suggestions help, surgery is an option and I have known women (even my mom's friend who wore a 36I) that have gone through the surgery just fine and don't regret their decision. Good Luck!
