I cannot remember a day when I haven't used a hammer. About 5hrs ago I used a 3 lb. anvil hammer. My most common hammer is an 18oz ball pean hammer. This weekend we used a 16oz claw hammer to finish a tree house. Before that it was a 2lb framing hammer to put the main frame together. We had to retire that after my little boy commented on how he didn't like the waffle marks it left on the wood and we would have to paint over it. We did paint over it with a deep red. I keep telling him it is a deep red but he tells me at school they call that hot pink. I shouldn't argue with the little fellow but $30 red paint can't compare to a mistinted $6 25year house paint. I may loose my father of the year nomination because I might have just built my little boy a hot pink treehouse. Chicks should dig it though right?
