Enough. I've always thought that if there's enough you're rich. And I always recall Mr Micawber (Charles Dickens character) who believed that if your income was 20 shillings a year (it was a long time ago!) and you spent 19 shillings an dsixpence then you were fine. But if your income was 20 shillings and you spent 20 shillings and sixpence then you were in trouble. I've always tried to adhere to this basic tenet in life and its served me well.

After all the bills are paid, I keep 10% of my pay for things that are fun, like taking the kids to a movie or going to the spa for a pedicure. Anything over that goes into savings. If I have less than 10% of my pay left after all the bills are paid, I put it all into savings and wait till next pay day to play. I don't use credit cards at all, not even for emergencies (hence the savings). It's all about living within your means.

Let me just say that you are not the only whose money seems to have less buying power than it used to. If I have any sort of emergency I am in major trouble and now that I am needing dental work/surgery done once a month..well..you understand

Barely enough to get me through 2 weeks. Usually about $150-250.

Hahaha! Not much but it's getting better.

Around £200-ish. Depends how long I've worked for in that month .

I have enough to be comfortable. I have about 2 years worth of living expenses saved up. I busted my a$$ to get where I'm at, though.
