Italian chocolate rum cream...but only as prepared by Termini's Italian Bakery in South Philadelphia. Hoping to dupicate, I've had Italian rum cakes from elsewhere, but none has been any where near as unique and delicious as Termini's back when I used to live up that way. In fact, everything they prepared was fantastic.
