Buy some plates, mirrors, anything glass or ceramic, and a hammer at your local thrift shop. Find any place you can where you can make noise and a mess. Break all plates/glass things, while screaming and crying at the top of your lungs. Go home and eat some chocolate. The next time you see or speak to this person, act as if you'd forgotten about them.
