Put him on the $3 bill, with Reagan.

Barack has only been president just over a month ... NOT quite enough time to determine if he has EARNED a place on any money etc .... Let's see how he does as a president ...
-
He needs to at least complete a term, first. He will probably get money with his picture on it anyway, just for being the first African American president, but he's gotta be a president for more than a couple months first. I mean, all other things being equal, how many of the 40+ presidents are on money? He's gotta be pretty impressive, I think. He's just got a boost up because of the 1st AA thing...

I don't think money should have people's faces on them while they're still alive, and certainly not while they're in office.
-
Even better: we've got commemorative plates. Now I can eat pasta off of Obama's face, just like I've always dreamed of doing.
-
Money is called the Dead President's club because that's the one requirement. They have to be dearly departed before their face can grace the coin of the realm.
-
it was jan 20th

Heck no! He hasn't done anything for our nation via his presidency yet! If we coined and printed the face of every president that made a small historical marking then every president should be printed and coind just because they were a president.
-
I think we should judge a man by his deeds and not by the color of his skin. If Obama becomes a president to be in the same category as those on our currency then great put him on some currency.
-
Let's wait fifty years and see how his presidency looks with a little historical perspective.

Check out when I asked something like this b4 the top answer is excellent. http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/1072102
-
No. Why lower the value of our money even more. :-)
-
I wonder - why is he the first African American president when he is only 1/2 black.
-
Yes, they should make a $25.00 bill with his face on it. HOW KEWL!!
-
No. That's an honor that one has to earn. Presidents must prove themselves before they are accorded such a distinction. Just winning an election and being black just don't seem like big enough accomplishments to me.
