Do you like to eat your cookies hot and chewy out of the oven or let them cool and harden a bit?

Hot chocolate chip cookies straight from the oven then smothered in slightly softened vanilla bean ice cream. It's like cookies and milk, but on steroids. TIP: Use a very warm bowl to keep the ice cream from cooling the cookie too quickly. Then drizzle it in a very high quality hot fudge (like dove or homemade).

Homemade cookies are great either way (I love to eat the dough, too). But, there's nothing like warm and gooey right out of the oven, especially when it's my favorite chocolate chip!

Personally...I eat the frozen dough before it ever gets to the oven...right from the freezer with a glass of ice cold milk on the side !!! woohoo!!! (chocolate chip)
