  • Only one thing I can think of is your battery is either going out or becoming weak where the cranking amps are not allowing you to start during harsh weather. Most auto parts stores can check your cranking amps to see if you have enough. usually for free.
  • There are hundreds of possibilities that may have gone wrong! You haven't provided enough to answer the question! I bet it's the owner/driver that's the problem!
  • maybe you should take your car to a mechanic
