Its a term used by Christians to refer to the battle within ourselves between doing good and doing evil. Basically fighting off Satan and his temptations.

A Spiritual Battle is a battle with the rulers of darkness, spiritual host in high places, powers, and principalities. The bible says we restle not against flesh and Blood, but against these powers which I listed above. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God, to the pulling down of strongholds.
