• Go back into settings and undo the silent ring mode. your phone should ring. if not, contact your carrier for further assistance.
  • your phones software has become corrupted. take it in for a reload and the problem will be solved - until the next glitch...
  • I just purchased my Motorela cell phone and I have the exactly same problem. I can't return it either because I threw away my receipt before noticing this problem.
  • I just solved the same problem with my K1M Krazer. Go to Settings > Ring Styles > scroll down to Loud Details > the set Ringer IDs to ON. Then you have to go thru your contacts list and assign a ringer ID to each contact. This should solve your problem until you can get a software reinstall/update from a dealer. Hope this helps.
