I learned to drive first on a farm tractor. when I was 13 I learned how to drive in several vehicles including a 1951 Ford stick and Ford pick-ups. the pick-ups had 3 or 4 speed stick shifts. the 4 speed pick-up had to be double clutched to change gears. I got my drivers license at 14 years old. I am 83 now. I have driven many different types of vehicles over the years. I still prefer stick shift with a clutch.
