8-8-2017 First you need to look for Ultra-Strong, because blowouts are simply not tolerated. Absorbent is important to some people, but in my experience, "absorbent" means not "very strong." I do not want my tissue to absorb anything, I want it to prevent soaking through. Various brands of tissue allow liquids and semi-liquids to soak through as many as ten layers! Consumer Reports recommends White Cloud tissue, but I find that brand top be second best. Charmin is better in every way. (Although I have to admit, White Cloud is pretty darn good.) Third best is the cheapest tissue sold at any janitor supply store.
