  • I am 18 and I moisturize my skin and use use wrinkle cream. Lol I do NOT tan. I stay out of the sun completely. And I wash my make up off every night. I drink tons of water daily. And I avoid touching my face and rubbing my eyes alot. And I try not to eat beef or pig, I hear that ages you. I also have really good genes, my mom is almost 40 and doesn't even have one wrinkle, and she has been smoking since she was a teen. So I hope I am like that! I don't smoke though. Lol.
  • I picked the right ancestors, but I still have a few lines here and there. I do not use cosmetics of any sort, and haven't for over 30 years. For most of that time, I used homemade cleaning products from fresh, non chemical ingredients. With the number of "natural" products now available in the marketplace, I now use store bought soap.
  • Drink a lot of orange juice and try to avoid worry as much as possible.

  • None, I want wrinkles, I'm so young looking for my age(38) people always card me and call me "young man"!
  • I didn't take good care of my skin in the early years. I didn't use sun block, stayed for hours in the sun every day and I only have a few wrinkles around my eyes. I think it is genetic. My mother had hardly any wrinkles when she died at the age of 78.
  • I quit smoking 26 years ago and i don't get any more than 15 minutes of sun in a day.
  • None...I could die tomorrow. What difference would wrinkles make then?
  • Olay anti wrinkle cream, and tones of vitamines, and herbs. I'm only 18, but i rather start now, more so then when its to late.:P
  • Eat healthy
  • No smoking, eating healthy, drinking lots of water, and limiting my sun exposure.
  • Feed my body healthy food, plenty of sunshine and lots of organic cream on the face. Oh, and drink lots of water.
  • Too late!
  • None at all. I don't see them as something I should be concerned about. Gray hairs aren't an issue either. I look at them as more of a point of pride than something to be hidden from view. I think they signify experience and wisdom. I'll be wearing mine with pride.
  • 1. the best method hands down is to stay out of the sun as much as possible. during the winter when its cold, i get enough sunlight not to get scurvy. i have never used a tanning bed. 2. sunscreen is just as important. i use spf 15 or higher. both uva and uvb protection. uva is usually the more damaging of the two in terms of wrinkles. anthelios, the french sunscreen has long been considered the best. but others will do. 3. since my early twenties, i have been using retinol products. they are really effective at preventing wrinkles. 4. i use witch hazel to clean and tone my face. it provides fantastic protection against wrinkles. it's cheap, non-toxic and feels good on my face. almost all of my personal hygiene products are non-toxic and/or organic. i use organic coconut oil as a massage oil (its cheap and awesome!). i love cocoa and shea butters, unrefined. i love organic product lines like miessence. i rarely wear cosmetics, and if i do, they are almost all organic or non-toxic. its important to remember that the skin is porous, and people absorb a majority of the toxic sludge they slather on their skin!!! 5. i drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. 6. i exercise. 7. biosuperfood is a miracle in a bottle. this is the MOST amazing product i have ever used. i would recommend it to everybody. it has four types of spirulina (algae). i don't believe in vitamins. your body doesn't absorb them well. i also think the ratios are too high for some of the minerals, borderline toxic in some supplements. its the best supplement to a really healthy diet, with plenty of raw, organic foods. 8. i meditate and try to keep my stress levels low. 9. i am a pranic healer. i have trained under master healers and have learned techniques on how to heal most of my ailments without the aid of western medicine. 10. i saved the best for last...i enjoy being happy. i sm:)e a lot...if i get laugh lines eventually, i will welcome them. the proof is in the puddin. im in my mid thirties and most people think i look like i am in my early twenties. i think genes play a part (my mom was asian, and a lot of them tend to age slowly ~ remember the "pearl cream/ancient chinese secret" commercials?) well anyhow, hope my recommendations help.
  • Scotch tape always works for me. . Seriously, wrinkles happen. Wear them with a smile.
  • this man is a genius...
  • I'm gonna be 71 soon and I'm really not wrinkly..but saggy I am. What preventions? Well, all I use on my face is Aveeno baby lotion..yep..that's it. I don't bother with all the "rejuvenate" stuff..so far so good. I think good genes helps some as well as not smoking, staying out of the sun and eating the proper foods/getting rest/getting exercise. Best of all..positive/optimistic attitude.
  • Being too thin will show wrinkles more. Ever notice how chubby women look so much younger than they are? It's amazing how more subcutaneous fat smooths out the skin. Don't over-do it though with the weight gain!
  • I stay out of the sun completely and use a lot of Johnson & Johnson's Extensive Care on my skin.
  • a hot iron and steam
  • None. I've been lucky thus far.
  • stay out of the sun and use sunscreen when I am outside, moisturizers...that's about the extent of it for me.
  • Preventions? None. I keep clean and try to avoid the sun, more for my health than to avoid wrinkles. I see nothing wrong with some wrinkles. They happen, they show where you've been in life and how expressive you are. I'd rather that than a flat smooth face that said nothing other than I look younger than my years.,
  • I don't scrunch my face. I make sure I don't press my face into my pillow at night. I take Vit D. I exercise so I can have a more healthier and elastic type skin. I eat right because it's the vitamins and minerals that keep that youthful looking skin.
  • i plan on dying young screw the wrinkles +5
  • STAYING. . . . .OUT. . . . . OF. . . . .THE. . . . .SUN
  • For the most part a persons genes dictate the way a person ages. However, avoiding things like sunbathing is one of the best things you can do. It ages all types of skin not just fair skinned people.
  • none, I where my wrinkles with pride; what would John Wayne do?
  • Natural solutions to prevent wrinkles can be found here http://healthbeautytips.net/wrinkles.htm
  • Wrinkles are pretty much inevitable. Some people wrinkle earlier and have more wrinkles than others but you can keep them to a minimum by staying out of the sun, using sunscreen, slathering on a good moisturizer and trying not to stress too much.
