I would say 3-4 because at that time my father had been laid off for a long time so we were pretty poor. We had to sell some of our stuff to buy food and crap.

probably way earlier than any child ever should, but shhhhhhhhhhhh_ _ happens and well we get over it and carry on with life!! Stress is a part of life and we sometimes learn too early of an age how to deal with it, but if we can get through it than it can make us stronger in life......breathe easy its gonna be ok!!

When I was around 5... possibly younger. My parents always talked about not having money, we wore hand me downs from relatives, went to factory stores which back then were the seconds that were defective and couldn't be sold as good merchandise... bread was going 3 loaves for a dollar and we bought three loaves a week and had 1 or 2 slices of bread with every meal... man, that sure brings up a lot of memories... damn.... :-p
