  • Be happy and eat as you wish. Happiness often causes people to eat more just as sadness does. Go out with friends and join them heartily. Eat a lot of proteins as they build muscle and weigh more.
  • I can relate to you, I am nearly 2 stone underwieght, and no matter how I try at this time, I cannot gain weight. I do my best to eat as often and as much as possible. I have a muscle massive weight gain powder that I add to juice to increase my appetite and produce, if only I would drink it;-) It does work because it has before.
  • eat healthy foods, slowly working up to a larger amount. but just because you're re-feeding does NOT mean u need to eat like a fat ass.
  • I guess start off with smaller things -- fruit like bananas and the such -- and add on some more calories once or twice a week -- until you can eat oatmeal or eggs, and just slowly add on other meals... I've never had anorexia -- only bulimia -- but I think the adding on stuff slowly wouldn't make it as scary. If that helps any...
  • try to start slowly. add peanut butter to your sandwiches, higher fat yogurts in the mornings etc. add in the calories where you can without making yourself eat unhealthily. remember eating anything you want is ok. just eat in moderation. so enjoy that cookie, just don't eat the whole pack. also remember that food shouldn't define who you are, you are still in control of your diet, even if you aren't restricting/purging, so enjoy life, reach a normal weight level.
