  • I think it's unfair. Women can play baseball too! Proof: A League of Their Own is a 1992 film that tells a fictionalized account of the real-life All-American Girls Professional Baseball League (AAGPBL). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_League_of_Their_Own
  • I think it's just downright silly. If women want to play it, and are good enough to join a team, they should definitely do so.
  • I think it's stupid.
  • With the major league? I think that would not only be ridicules it would be un-entertaining to watch. I have yet to hear of a women hitting a baseball over 250 feet and you need to hit it at least 400 in most parks to get a home run.
  • 7-26-2017 "Fair" has nothing to do with it. Boys play baseball even if nobody is watching, but girls think the nation owes them an audience and approval even if they are no good at the sport. What's not fair is forcing high school teams to accept girls when the boys are not old enough to tolerate the association. Boys need a little more time to grow up and learn how to act like men, and competing with stronger and more aggressive girls is very harsh on them.
  • Girls can play baseball all they want. If you're talking about them being on a men's team, why do they have to do that? Why not play with the other women?
  • Women have softball already, but I would like to see women play in the MLB league. If they can qualify to hit a 100 mph fastball, get hit by a 100 mph fastball without being traumatized, hit a 330-400 feet home run, play 162 games during the regular season, while disregarding PMS, then it is fair to say that they should play baseball. ;)
  • Who's gonna stop us?
