Good old pot roast. Makes good dinners and excellent roast beef sandwiches.

BBQ Sirloin. I take the ends from the sirloin when I cut steaks at work. I save enough in the freezer until I get about 4 pounds. I toss them frozen with a bottle of BBQ sauce into the crock pot. Very tender, very yummy.

chicken and dumplings, or BBQ boneless country pork or beef strips

Chilli or curry. Spicy foods work so well when they are left to cook for hours so the flavours really come out.
