  • LOL..Reeeealllyyyy Hard...have another beer and think about it some more is my motto!
  • dont think about it!just do it and after a while you will laugh at this question. You got 2 legs and a heart beat dont be shy hehehe
  • Hard enough to turn thinking into action.
  • Thinking renders you helpless. People who are easily frustrated want easy solutions. We're seduced by fad diets because they appeal to that immediacy. Yet people who rely on fads suffer high failure rates. When you diet with the short term in mind, you don't learn strategies that require patience and persistence. Throw out your irrational thinking and replace it with motivation. Thinking 'I'll lose weight and then I'll be happy' is not enough. If we respect and love ourselves, independent of our weight, it's easier to make healthy choices.
  • Don't just think about it- go ahead and do it.

  • Well you could ponder the problem as you walk briskly to the pub and then instead of going in, ponder it some more as you jog back home again.....
  • haha thats the deal, don't think just do it :P
  • it's really not that hard... you just need to start at something and then keep pushing on... i had the same case, i was starting to pack some fat on my belly, but i just signed up to a gym, worked out for the first day like crazy, saw and felt the difference a week later, then i felt good about myself, i wanted more results... it's not really hard... just ask yourself "how bad do you want to lose the beer gut?" coz if you don't want to lose it that badly then there's no help with that...
  • how about right now . is a good time.
  • If you think about it instead of eating, you may lose some of that gut.
  • just as long as it takes for you to exercise and change your diet.
  • Very hard. Visceral fat is the hardest to get rid of. Your best bet is to go for long walks, drink lots of water, lay off the alcohol and soda pop. Those will keep you bloated. And abdominal crunches won't help until that stomach has gone down. With they do tighten stomach muscles, they don't decrease belly fat.
  • Thinking won't do shyt, you actually need to take physical steps.
  • If you do nothing but think, then after about 30 days it may be gone. You will need to be put on a drip though.... but possible. You just need to develop a very advanced form of meditation to allow you to sit and think for 30 days without moving.
  • depends on how big your gut is i suppose. let me know after you figure it out. i'm just sitting here drinking a beer thinking how i shouldn't be.
  • Is there really an exercise to lose fat in a certain area? Take a look: http://physicalfitnet.com/ask_the_fitness_experts/can_i_do_specific_exercises_to_lose_fat_in_a_certain_area-6.aspx
  • Eat less move more is my motto, drink lots of water, and do a little exercise every day!

  • How to shed the beer/alcohol gut: 1. NO MORE ALCOHOL OR BEER! (Just don't drink beer or alcohol beverages anymore. Order a club soda or ginger ale instead). 2. Workout at least 1 1/2 hours for 5-6 days a week (90 minutes). 3. Get on a good diet (that consists mainly on fruits, vegetables, and some protein. Not too much meat. But if you have to have meat, eat mostly fish or chicken).
  • RUN don't walk to your nearest gym.
  • You can think all you want about exercise and it won't do anything for your beer gut.
