That one from "Who's Harry Crumb" where the car gets attached to the hitch of the lead car.

WAY too many to choose from... The French Connection, Bullitt, Gone in 60 Seconds (original - previously my favorite), Dirty Mary and Crazy Larry (LOVE that one), Gone in 60 Seconds (remake), The Fast and the Furious (I and II), The Rock - Haven't seen many more recent ones... My wife prefers horror movies and Lifetime Movies, and I'm on the computer most of the time.

Since someone already said Bullitt, I'll say The 7-ups and The Blues Brothers

The Original "Gone in 60 Seconds." The entire second half of the movie was a car chase with a great ending. And coming a close second is the movie "Vanishing Point" where all but the first 10 minutes and a song break in the middle is one long car chase. After that I'd say "Fear is the Key" based on the amazing novel by Alistair McLean. Hope this helps.

Men In Black- I like it when 3 dimensions play substantial parts in the chase. ;) I know the pursuer wasn't another car but I love the chase scene in Jurassic Park. ;)
