London or Brighton on the South coast of England. I live smack in the middle of both. Obviously tourist wise it would be London but if you wanted a beer and a good laugh I'd hit for Brighton.

The Wekiva State Park. About 5 minutes away. It is a beautiful place and it has a big pond fed by fresh spring water that is fabulous.

We like to take the dogs to the Withlacoochee River Park. There isn't and water left there due to drought... but it's got nice nature trails and a Creek Indian village from the early 1700s.

Depends on the weather, if its summer then anywhere around the coast from Kinghorn down to Berwick. If its not so nice then Edinburgh or Glasgow, as theres lots of museums and stuff to do if the weathers bad.

Spencer park is right across the street :), great wood trails for biking, brilliant lake for swimming in, and nice beach ;).

Washington D.C. about 45 minutes from where I live. The Smithsonian Institute ,The White House,Lincoln Memorial. The museums are worth coming back for because you can't do it all in one day. Get a brochure some time and look at all there is to offer. The cherry blossoms in spring are beautiful.

Go just south from our place and you're in the Catskill Mountains. There are beautiful canyons and waterfalls, lakes and if you come in the fall, gorgeous Autumn color:-)
