I like to compound the mistake, personally.

how DO you..... Salad?? Water.... no thanks. I show restraint with pizza, it's cookies I have a problem with.

I feel like crap the day after I eat like crap .. I crave water, so I drink a ton of it and only want to eat lightly because its like I'm still full from it (doesn't stop me from loving eating it at the time though!!) .. so yeah, mainly like egg whites, a bit of toast, or some fairly plain meat and a nice salad.. basically protein, veggies and water!!

Juicing vegies is it. Ice burg lettuce killed our rabbit in 2 days.

Ugh, salad is laaaaame. I usually just eat an apple or an orange, then I feel sufficiently healthy.

I only eat a couple of P and J sandwich for the whole day: punish myself with a little diet for the following day.

With more bad behavior, leftover pizza for lunch and if there is ice cream left well...Yeah we'll have some more of that too. I don't believe in punishing myself!:)

fasting, vitamins and general mortification of the flesh, or go get a cheeseburger and enough beer to keep me out of the office that afternoon.

Well either I add an hour at the gym over the next couple days or just throw in a few extra love making sessions, always a good excuse. "Sweets lets make love, I pigged out yesterday and need to lose some weight." Decision B always better then the gym.

This answer is a simple one: I eat more pizza and more ice cream; ahhhh, that feels much better now....

Workout and run a few miles.

I don't sweat one day of face stuffing fun. If I have overindulged, say on vacation, then I make sure to get plenty of exercise when I return.

I eat the leftover pizza and follow it up with some ice cream topped with chocolate syrup.

I rend to eat more than I should anyway and not always the healthiest options but I do drink a .lot of water and I do exercise a lot. Gym 3/4 times a week which may also include Dancercise and I run and swim.

An occasional day like that is no sweat unless you are really into a Puritan ethic. Personally, DH and I allow ourselves one day a week when we don't worry about these things and we don't even always use that day. It's a relief to know we have it though!!

Go to the gym to work out and eat sensible meals, perhaps a salad for lunch, and grilled chicken breast (no sauce) for dinner.

Eat low fat protein, high fiber carbs, drink water, go to the gym, just go back to normal eating...I don't eat sugar so that helps melt away the fat.

I workout. I still workout the day of as well.

I definitely drink a TON of water, just to flush my system. Or I usually eat celery and vegetable juice.

I go back to eating like I should, work out extra hard and don't allow myself any treats at all.

I just do some exercise, go to the gym. Some people don`t have too much problem with weight gain.
