Resolve to move on. Dwelling on the fact that she turned you down isn't healthy. Allow yourself time to recover, but don't fixate on it. Enjoy looking forward to who else might be out there for you. I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason, perhaps it just wasn't meant to be. Try thinking of it as her loss. Think positively and focus on what you have to offer that she will miss out on and realize that those good qualities will eventually appeal to another girl. It's a cliche, but there are plenty of other fish in the sea. It may hurt now, but with time and a positive attitude, you'll get through it. Good luck-hope this helps. Sorry you got turned down :(

Be aware that it is not your fault, it is her taste/judgement/momentary state. Women are an inexplicable unpredictable phenomena. Maybe you are blond and she likes dark hair. Maybe you are not her type. Maybe she is in a relationship you don't know about. Even if you could bend yourself backwards and "win her", ask yourself if you want to be in a relationship where you are very much in love and your partner is barely interested and ready to walk away for any reason.

For me i think its best to try move on as hard as it is, you should try find someone new... You could always try ask her out again?..i always regret it if i turn someone down, she might have reconsidered. timing is everything though. and if that doesn't help read a book that always takes my mind off things:D

when I was in my twenties the man of my dreams was a nightmare, but he had it going on in the turn me on department. Anyway, I played Millie Jackson music everytime he came over and I just wrote down all the things I hated about him and read it morning noon and night and within a month I didn't want him. Keep away from her. Date others and don't look back. You are a man and men have the advantage they can go choose a woman any woman even an ugly woman and get what they want. Try It.
