It depends on your tummy. For me, it is bagles, pretzels and some cereals. Acid reflux: Ouch and yuck! For some, it is too much acid, for others too much spice. MOST people have trouble with too much oil or grease. Many have trouble with milk (lactose intolerance).

Acidic stuff like tomatoes. Pizza has tomato sauce, I love Italian food, but the sauce gives me heartburn. Also for some reason that I don't understand sausage gives me heartburn and a little bit of belly ache.

Any of them if you over eat. Some people are allergic to wheat or milk and from what I understand those can cause digestive problems. Greasy and very fatty foods could cause an upset stomach/heartburn.
-
Raw potatoes. one gallon of olive oil.

For some odd reason Peanut Butter Cookies make my stomach upset. BUT at the same time, I can sit down and eat peanut butter itself. Weird.

There is really only one that does it to me each time. It's when I make homemade ice cream and try to use al cream to make it rich. When I eat cold ice cream made with only cream I get such stomach pains, sharp, stabbing pains in my gut. So I just have to cut the cream with a little milk or half and half.

I Love garlic but it gives me very bad indigestion, still doesn't stop me from piling it on though! x

Fast foods (mainly, anything that's too greasy), anything with lactose, foods too high in gluten (although I do not have Celiac disease, I know this because bread settles my stomach), cruciferous vegetables, and...anything cooked by my father! Oddly enough, I don't get tummy aches from spicy food. In fact, I love spicy!

Pizza, Chinese Food, and McDonalds. I also get headaches after eating these foods.
