  • Yes. Pretty good. 24th anniversary next month.
  • My parents did... way before each of them knew who they really were. Ended in a horrible divorce. That would be the reason that I am in NO rush.
  • I don't think it was TOO young but it was young. Not for everyone but it worked for us. I was only 18 but he was 23 and already living on his own and a good job. AND we had known each other for over 4 years. Still married almost 35 years later.
  • Yes, I was 19 when I married. We just celebrated our 33rd anniversary.
  • I got married when i was 17. I got divorced one day after my one year anniversary. He was in the ARMY and I was too young for that type of lifestyle. I guess it really just depends on your situation and how young, young is. I am now 24 with five kids and happily married to the man of my dreams. It really is up to you and how mature you and your mate are. A loving relationship with God should be you and your mates main priority when starting a new and joyous adventure.
  • I did get married too young at 17. We've most definitly had our ups and downs, too many to count, and we've had our almost divorces...also too many to count, but we are still together after almost 8 years of marriage and 3 kids. Things are pretty good at the moment, but things change by the second around here...oh well...
  • Young, but not too young. Engaged at 19, married at 21. Worked out splendidly. After 16 years (and counting) I can't imagine spending my life with anyone else.
