• Don't let them lye on thier back, turn them on to thier side :-)
  • Have them checked out by a doctor. There are alot of medical issues that snoring can by a symptom of. A doctor would be able to help you figure that out. I know there are breathing masks that people can wear while they sleep, that need a prescription.
  • God yes. I snore standing up, lying down, on my back, on my front, on my side, or sitting in a chair. Please help!
  • Yea!!!!!! Sleep in another room. That's what I have to do!
  • There is a spray I saw advertised on TV that is supposed to do wonders. For now maybe try staying in another room.

  • "Breath Rite" strips tend to work fairly well for some people.
  • Have you tried those breath right nose strips? they worked for my mom.. they also make a dissolving strip for the mouth (breath right brand) I use the nose strips when i have a cold they great
  • breathe strips...or even a ball taped to someone's back..but it the snoring is really bad it might indicate a more serious medical which case you should seek medical advice.

  • I think they have some tape that goes on the nose opening the nostrils like some of the athletes wear to help you breath better through your nose thus preventing snoring which is when a person breathes through their mouth at night! Maybe even a shot of antihistamine before bed to open clogged nasal passages, just a thought it might help in some cases
  • Yes without killing them, sit on their face. They will panic and it will interupt the snoring for a long while. Go to sleep.
  • Yes, put a peg over the nose of the person!!!
  • People who snore are not resting well. They usually need medical attention. This is one symptom of sleep apnea which can shorten a person's life. They can actually die in their sleep if they quit breathing at night. The CPAP machine can completely eliminate snoring, and the person usually feels much better rested.
  • 6-5-2017 A deficiency of B vitamins causes the tissues in the throat to soften and slump into the airway. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
