  • There is no 2008 Presidential candidate that is currently openly supporting marriage equality. (Well, Kucinich, but he's long gone.) I'm not really interested in backing someone on this issue who "might" be inclined to support the Constitution and give equal marriage rights to all US citizens. Either they are for it, or I take my vote elsewhere.
  • Kucinich is the only one who fully supports gay marriage. Many of the other Democratic candidates at least support civil unions...a step in the right direction. I see self-abused stomped homophobe is back...I URd as much as I could.
  • There are many reasons to choose whom to vote for. Support for equal rights is just one. Personally, I don't consider endorsements from actors or singers as very important.
