  • Really, eat less and move more. It sound to simple to work, but it really does. Also, eat mostly lean meat and fish, a lot of vegetables, whole grains, fruit and little sugar.
  • weight watchers
  • Ok, this is what I do, and I have remained very thin for my entire life. Eat... Less... Sounds simple, sounds boring, sounds ineffective... But how can you possibly put on weight if your body does not have the excess energy to store as fat? Eat only when you are hungry, and eat only as much as you need. For me, this means that the general moving around I do each day is enough exercise to keep me thin; it's great : P
  • Cut back on your portions. In most cases, only eat half of your meal and save the rest for later, or eat until you are full and then stop (that is harder than it sounds for so many people). Have HEALTHY snacks available between meals to help you combat hunger. Chew slower, it is better for your digestion and helps you to feel full sooner. Drink a lot of water (6-8 glasses a day). And of course, excercise. I knew a lady who lost 100 pounds from cutting out beer, pasta, and bread and eating smaller portions. Weight watchers has also worked for a lot of people I know. It doesn't feel like a diet, and as long as you follow it, you will lose a good amount of weight.
  • skip all the junk food
