  • Doubt it....but you could probably could get out by paying the last two months and just leave.
  • why dont you call the police and explain the situation. Technically if you complained numerous times and the landlord is not doing anything about it then you can leave cause he technically breached the contract unless you signed the dotted line after he told you that your neighbors are noisy and shoots fireworks.
  • It depends on what it says in your lease...most states have a habitability clause, which would allow you to break your lease but only after you've tried to resolve the problem yourself (and can prove it on paper).
