  • I toss and turn. And need something between my legs, like a pillow or something.
  • fall asleep at mad times like 5:am or 6:am most of my everday life...
  • i toss and turn and cant get comfortable for a long time. I have to have pillows shoved between my legs and by my arms. I dont like to be held. I need space. I love our king sized bed...
  • Getting to sleep and maintaining any regular sleep pattern.
  • My mind races, and I can't really get to sleep. Then I get hot and wake up, move around, and try to get back to sleep. Usually during these times, I also have very morbid dreams ( I would call them nightmares but sometimes I enjoy them ).
  • Lack of it. I'll get too hot and push my comforter off, then get too cold and pull it back on, and this keeps on reoccurring.
  • Insomnia, I sleep in 15-30 min snatches.

  • I don't get enough of it. I have a hard time getting to sleep and once I get there, I have a hard time staying asleep. When I don't want to wake up, thats the time that I HAVE to wake up. Sleep and I don't have a very good relationship. Its been on the rocks for years now.....

  • Insomnia from Hell. I stay awake at night trying to solve the world's problems and so far have not fixed one. I just can't shut my mind off.
  • Horrible insomnia as of late. Can't stay in bed without anxiety attacks, feeling like I can't breathe. It's gotten to the point now where I'm afraid to go to bed and sit with a knot in my chest in the hours leading up to bedtime. Have an appointment at a Sleep Disorder Clinic at the end of January. Take nothing for granted folks. You truly do not know what you have until you lose it.

  • Getting to sleep in the first place and remaining a sleep. The smallest noise wakes me up. Also, my body rejects normal sleep patterns. This is an actual disorder, "delayed sleep phase disorder," which is appearing more and more. It might be something to look into, but most regular doctors are not familiar with sleep disorders, so it might require a specialist.
