Yes and I am going to ruin this one too.

Yes, my wife told me that last year when I had one too many beers and fell over the tree. It looked like the Hanging Gardens of Babylon right there on my living room floor.

Thankfully, no...I've not been told that. My Christmas has been ruined by being sick with the flu once or twice as a kid (which is a major disaster when you're 8-9 years old). And, I've been really annoyed at my step-sister and neice who have several times said out loud how much they didn't like a present they got...right in front of the person who gave it to them. Thankfully, the last couple of years they haven't been so rude.

Yes, when I was a teenager I heard that a few times from my mother.

No! What an awful thing for anyone to EVER say to anyone. I'm so sorry if anyone has ever had to hear that. That's just mind-boggling to me.
-
No they haven't, but I know I have. It was 1997. My father died on Christmas day. I called all friends and relatives that afternoon and evening. My mother couldn't do it.

My mother believed that my teenage self was the bane of Christmas, it would seem... so, yes; multiple times.
