  • The circus?
  • The mall. According to the kids on the OC, you can spend the night there.
  • Nowhere cause running doesnot solve your problems.
  • Why don't you drive? It's less tiring. :)
  • well... its winter, so i would suggest heading someplace where you would be warm if you were forced to spend a night under the stars... excluding the southeast, because who likes swamps? this leaves the southwest and california. cali seems almost too stereotypical and you would get lumped in with a bunch of hippies... ive heard that san antonio is pretty nice and open minded about this sort of thing... keep in mind you will probably not be going into a favorable situation... or do what i did and hop a boat to st. toms usvi... plenty of jobs once you get there and housing is cheap... plus the drinking age is only 18. but i wouldnt suggest running away, it hurts ties with your family when you do wind up going back.
  • the forest, if there are any left
  • Try for Oz
  • get a treadmill and stay home.
  • My suggestion is for you to stay home. Where the hell would you be able to Answerbag? =P
  • If it was me I would run to California or New Mexico
  • Cali, if you fuck up you can always become a drug dealer.
  • My house is always open :) but it will take you a long time to get here running.
  • dude use couchsurfing.com you can find ppl all over that you can stay with that feed you. its free for all travelers.
  • I think you should run to your room and think about it a while longer. It is a very bad idea..it's dangerous out there. Edit: Unless you are a grown-up..in that case, can I come too?
  • Down the block to a corner store to get a beer and then walk back home because you will be tired after all that physical exertion.
  • I'm also thinking of running away from home, maybe a hotel at a casino?
  • Maybe u just need a break. Go to a relatives 4 a while, i left for 2 weeks, it worked 4 me.
  • How about a sea cruise. That always calms my nerves.
  • Outside of family, I'd say go someplace where you can work and survive easily... in Alaska, they always need people. There's a shortage of fishermen and construction workers, so you could do well up there for a summer. That reminds me... The Military! if you're smart, you can get a nice job with decent pay, and not get put in a position where you have to kill anyone, or get killed...
  • Well, I have hesitated to say this as an answer, because it's what I have done. And I didn't want to equate it with running away from home, because I've always been on the move... Anyways, the answer you're looking for is Thailand. Warm and comfortable. The people are super friendly. Very affordable. I have many months in a row where my total monthly expenitures average 300 US. Great food. Lots of pluses. Except for work. There are lots of english teaching jobs. And other work in the big city, but I like it in the forests of the north.
  • a wal-mart that is open 24/7?
  • Go to McDonalds. Really. They are part of the Safeplace program http://nationalsafeplace.org/aboutus/about-where.php A great organisation that helps runaways, and lost kids. Anywhere you see their logo is a safe place. * National Safe Place Statistics as of July 10, 2008 108,160 Youth have been connected to immediate help and safety at Safe Place locations 16,659 Safe Place sites are available across the country 117,673 Youth have received counseling by phone as a result of Safe Place school outreach 144 Safe Place programs are operated by youth service agencies (including ten communities with a Safe Place designated shelter) 41 Safe Place states 1,035 Communities are served by Safe Place 5,377,361 Students learned about Safe Place through classroom presentations How Safe Place Works 1. A youth in crisis walks into a designated Safe Place location (identified by a Safe Place sign or decal) and tells the first available employee that they need Safe Place help. 2. The employee will find a quiet, comfortable place for the youth to wait while they call the local Safe Place contact. 3. The Safe Place contact will call the location back to identify the volunteer or staff member who will come to meet the young person at the location. 4. Ideally, within 20-30 minutes, the Safe Place volunteer or staff member will arrive to talk with the youth and transport him or her to the agency for counseling, support, a place to stay or other resources. 5. Once at the agency, counselors meet with the youth and provide support, resources and help. They make sure the youth and their families receive the help and professional referrals they need. (Family members or guardians are called to let them know that their youth is safe.) The youth serving agency helps the youth and the family through a difficult time or crisis situation through counseling and support services. 6. Most young people hear about Safe Place during school presentations. Each student is presented with a Safe Place information card. This card has the local Safe Place phone number and tells them that Safe Place help is free and confidential. Teens also hear about the program through word of mouth and public service announcements on radio or TV. I hope this is helpful.
  • A friends house. That way you can still eat and be safe from the weather. Pick a friends with video games though. I won't say don't run away, but at least wait until you have something to run away to. Like a place to live. Living on the street or in some abandoned building with other bums is a nice place to get robbed/spit on/raped. Not as fun it would seem. Run to a friends house and chill.
  • Run to your grandparents house. You will be safe and your message will be heard.
