Rich in heart. Money can't buy love, health, caring, friends, etc.
-
Money can buy health in that it can pay for medical care, money can enable you to be with the one you love, and when you have money somehow your 'friends' double overnight. (But I would take rich at heart)
-
Rich in heart lasts forever. Rich in the pocket can fade and is not the key to success, feeling happy, or any of life's problems or challenges.
-
Rich at heart over rich in the pocket. Money is a great convenience, but it can't buy happiness or love, not really. This reminds me of one of my favorite quotes: "Money will buy you a pretty good dog, but it won't buy the wag of his tail." (Josh Billings)

Depends what u mean by "better". if you a riteous then rich at heart is better because u wont desire money. If you're an average joe, rich in the pocket. Money can buy you happiness and fake love. you wont know the difference if you're really rich
-
If you are rich in the heart, pocket riches should follow automatically, at least enough to live a satisfctory life, but if you are rich in the pocket and not in the heart, then this is false riches and you could lose it or it could lead to unhappiness.
