  • I didn't *really* know until a few months ago. The phone rang at work, so I answered it. There was a kind of familiar-sounding guy on the other end. He asked for one of my coworkers, and when I asked him to state his name he said "John Holmes". So I paged my coworker, informing him that John Holmes was on the line. Needless to say, it elicited some laughs. And the reason the guy's voice sounded familiar? It was my boss. Yeah, John Holmes of the notoriously large...smile.
