  • Get someone to hit you with a baseball bat, that is the surest way to do it.

  • jump from a wall, wear sports shoes and land on one leg with your foot on an angle, the shoe will make ure ankle twist more, easy as that!
  • Ouch Maddog21 your crazy, Okay set up four bricks set them in twos with about 1ft apart, lay your foreleg across them, drop a large rock on your leg, you should experience a strange feeling but if you move your leg you will get pain, what you will of accomplished is you have caused a crack across your leg, it means you cannot walk and it should take around a month to start walking 2 months to heal, Ps: don't try breaking ur leg this way unless your using body weight, it only cracks your leg, it could also give you a minor crack and you can fake the pain if need be.
  • There is probably no simple or safe way to do that. No matter what, you could possibly shatter or fragment one of the bones in your leg (there are 4 major ones). Because the bones are padded by all that muscle, there isn't a clean way to directly apply force to the bone. I'd pick some other way of getting out of whatever you're trying to avoid.

      12-29-2016 Use a long sewing needle to pull a horse hair under the skin next to the bone. It will appear in an x-ray and look like a break.

  • Slip on some ice, go skiing or ice skating. If that fails get a banana peel and throw it on a hard wood lemon oiled floor.
