  • It sounds like your printer is trying to print in LEGAL size not LETTER size. I'm not sure if the BJ-100 could be set for LEGAL size printing, BUT, 1) Check your printer's control panel for LEGAL or LETTER selection. If it has one set to LETTER. 2) Do you have the right drivers for your printer? Another Canon BJ series driver MIGHT make your printer work but lock it into printing LEGAL size.
