  • I think its the same nor man or woman have life easier i think its not a gender thing its just about the way we approach things.
  • Rich people. Well, they may have problems, but bills ain't one of them, and that's a big one for many men AND women.
  • I'm a girl, so of course I think men do. They don't have to deal with pms, they can pee without having to remove their pants, and grey hair makes them "distinguished" (whereas it makes women "old").
  • i'm going to say women because we have periods until menopause, and we have to carry children for nine months then give birth. we essentially have to take on caring for the children for the most part. i'm not saying dads don't do their part, but i think the vast majority of moms have to take care of the kids when they are small. and lots of women do this while working full time and taking care of the house.
  • I don't think one has it any easier than the other. The challenges are just different for each gender.
  • Guess I'm in a mood tonight to get negative responses. Aside from the physical things about being a woman(basically mentstruation and child birth), being a woman is better. I've always said and firmly believe, that if you are a good looking woman, you can get a lot more done in the business world than a good looking guy (not that I'm, either). Bear in mind my reference point is that of what I consider a normal guy. Aside from the dressing and shopping thing, it doesn't seem that bad (time wise). But then again, you choose to do that.
  • Men have it much easier. This is going to get me kicked out of the Man's Man Club, but the truth must be revealed. Think about it. -One pair of shoes, all the time, any occasion. -No mentruation -No menopause -No childbirth (this one's a biggie!) -T-shirt and jeans, period. While we do have our trials and tribulations to contend with (primarily our wives and girlfriends dealing with #s 2, 3, and 4 above) we don't do "hurt feelings". We don't do "what's he going to wear?" We mow the lawn. If the lawn looks good, life is fine...except if my pregnant wife is mentruating and going through menopause. If that's the case, then I'll think I'll spend a little extra time out here edging.
  • Straight Men have it easier than women, that is for sure. Straight women have it easier than Gay Men. I have to admit it. Not trying to go all PC on me now. lol
  • Men have it by far the hardest..we expect them to be strong yet empathetic and understanding..go out into the world and provide for us but be equally adept at doing things around the house..we want them to be "men" and suck it up and never ever do we want to see them cry..but we want them to hold us, comfort us, feel what we feel..we want them to be "macho", dynamic, confident, virile but we also want them to watch the kind of movies we want to watch..they have to be handy around the house and be able to do all the "guy" things but they need to love the poetry we love, the music we love, the activities we love..they can be into sports, but only just enough to be "manly" and not enough to inconvenience us. We spend our lives sending men mixed messages, which confuses the he** out of them..:)
  • It use to be men, but the pendulum is swinging...
  • If they get and stay married, it doesn't matter! They're a partnership!
  • Men have it much easier they don't have to deal with menstrual cycles, pregnancy or child birth. Need I say more?
  • I believe woman has it easier in life, there is risks like getting raped and so on, but lets face it, woman who knows what they want use the charm to get what they want, men on the other hand are the ones who really have to sweat for they’re money, we are the ones who have to include all the family members when making choices, ok, times did change, there is feminism I know, but it is easier for a woman to put up a sad face and the poor hubby will do everything in his power to get that smile back on, when men are stressed up we get accused for being weak, that’s just bull shit you know, we have to plan every step of our life’s to make sure we made provision for our wife’s, for our children and for further education, the wife obviously play a huge roll in this, but at the end of the day, a real man will make it his duty to take all the responsibilities on them, and woman who support these type of men score big points in our books, support and understanding that is the name of the game. Ladies, if you have men like this in your lives count your selves lucky, we are hard to find!
  • It depends on how you define "easier." It's also very culturally subjective. After all, women in Angola have it much less easy than women in the United States. Also, are we talking easier in terms of society? In terms of personal growth? Dealing with one's self? There are too many factors involved to say who really has it "easier," especially since our minds make our own tasks seem the most difficult, regardless of what others around us have experienced.
  • I don't believe in making broad generalizations. One can say Women use their "natural charm" to get things done for them. Sorry, we're not all Victoria's Secret models. Some of us just, frankly, aren't that pretty. And the not so pretty of us still have to work for jackass bosses, take care of husbands and kids and our menstrual cycles, and be a maid, gourmet chef and a call girl. But again, that's a generalization. Many women have husbands that cook, clean, take care of the kids, etc. Men are "strong, virile, and only need one pair of shoes". I've met quite a few guys in my life who, frankly, couldn't rival my handshake. I'm afraid I might have inadvertently hurt them. Can't be all that easy for a slim, weak guy out there in the Real World. Now, if you asked a question like, "Who has it easier in life: Jessica Alba or Ghandi" I might be able to answer in favour of a female.
  • You do have a point there, I focused on couples not the person as an individual like you stated, my bad then, when referring to single mothers, yes, I can see where you are coming from, if I place my-self in a single moms shoe, yeas, then I am able tolerate to the obstacles, in fact, yes, I understand your point of view and I have answered this question without keeping that in mind, thank you for pointing that out, just something you don’t know (out of my point of view) in S-A, where I am living there is a thing called "apartheid", this backfired in the young white mans face with a bang.
  • Nobody does!
  • You know Men are going to say that women have it easier and Women are going to say that men have it easier. I don't think it is really fair to say either way. You cannot possibly generalize, at least not in today's society. And you have to look at the roles each sex plays not in your own country but in others. Maybe women in the USA have it easier but what about women in India, Iraq, or Africa? Maybe men in the USA have it easier but what about men in Russia, Kurdistan, and Israel? This question is just too general to really give a good answer to. It would take days to list all the pros and cons of each because everyone's lives are different depending on where they live, the circumstances in which they were raised, the education they received, etc. Too many factors weigh in to determine if a person has it easier or harder. Sorry if this answer does not really answer the question, but I gave it my best thought.
  • I think both encounters trials and tribulation in their own way. Most of us tend to think the grass is greener on the other side, not realizing that those on the ‘other’ side think the same about the opposite side.
  • Men have it easier in life. They can look good in a pair of jeans and tshirt. where we women have to spend lots of money and hours getting our hair and nails done along with having to put on makeup to look pretty and we have to spend lots more money on clothes, shoes purses and all the extras.
  • MEN MEN MEN MEN. No birth, no period, no rape, no stressing over appearance, the list goes on.
  • Neither one.
  • Honestly, a man. Maybe it's just me but I'm a woman & my life is pretty easy. When I was married all the pressure was on my husband. Maybe times have changed though
  • I think if a man bled for 7 days, he would die. +
  • Men can be low maintenance and don't have to bear children and all the other wonder side effects of being a woman so I got it easier as a man.
  • Woman have it easier because even though we get more stressed our sex lives are more fall fulling. Men have 1 sensitive area, our whole body is sensitive. men have only 1 orgasm, we have up to 45 (yes that's all at the same time) our friendships are closer, we don't worry about showing affection, rage, love, it's all expected. I would go on but it's too sad o.O
  • In a very shortened version, lets compare.... (this is only a general outlook) Women- Menopause, menstruation, inferior status in many places around the world (such as the middle east where they cant even show their face) child birth, they way they look, taking care and raising children, the fact that if a woman slept with a few guys and a guy slept with a few girls, the woman would get more crap for being a skank, and the man would just high five his friends, body fat percentage, looks= as in hair, makeup, clothing (which is a big one), shaving, size dimorphism, meaning that men are generally larger than women, ... list could keep going. Men- wet dreams, circumcision, uh... uh... facial shaving, work ethics, supporting family, oh and blue balls. I am not really a sexist, but it is just fun to make fun of guys.
  • I would have to say men. They don't have to deal with periods, child birth or having to sit down to pee. They can get away with being topless in public without being perverse.
  • I think we all have struggles. Maybe they are different struggles but who is to say one's struggles are more harder than anothers. It is how you handle lifes complications that make the difference.
  • apart from PMs and the rest, women have a much easier life. I have lead an easier life just for the bit of goodness that rubbed off of my women. They get doors open much quicker, everyone's willing to help a woman in need but a man?
  • Definitely men. Women overcomplicate things for themselves. The emotions that are interwoven with all the decisions that a female makes causes more emotional strain than the average man will ever have to deal with.
  • I think both sexes are in the same boat
  • I think it depends where you live and how much money you have and whether or not you know how to spend it wisely and whether or not you have access to adequate health care. It doesn't really have to deal with your gender. Reasons why it isn't always true for women: Not every woman gets pregnant. Not every woman gets PMS. Not every woman gets bad cramps. Not every woman dates bad boyfriends (or girlfriends if she is bi/lesbian). Not every woman has to deal with abuse. Not every woman gets raped. Reasons why it isn't always true for men: Not every man has to deal with a manipulative woman (or man). Not every man gets kicked in the balls. Not every man's ego gets torn apart. Not every man has trouble being a good dad. Not all men ONLY want sex and get mad when they don't get it. Not every man has to deal with his reputation getting ruined over a woman (or man) lying about him to authorities and getting him in trouble. If a man or a woman does do or feel any of the above things, perhaps he or she can say that she has it worse off. I think that a normal man and woman have it pretty easy where I live. The people that have it difficult are people who have been raped, abused, etc and cannot find it in themselves to admit it to anyone because they are so ashamed and feel as though they are not worth it when actually they are worth it. It is easy to say that women have life easier and men have life easier, but why forget about these people that we could reach out to and these people that could use our help as we are perfectly healthy (If you are healthy, that is...)?
  • Men have the upper hand in relationships. They dont have to worry about their biological clock ticking, have more in the dating pool since they can date younger women and are not as emotional attached as women.
  • women have it easier im 17 an my penis is 6 inches an 4.5 in girth im average they say but i think im small an im scared no girl will accept me for what i am..point is women go through menstruation + pregnancy but if a guy is small below he screwed for life...most likely a long an lonely life
  • MEN. MEN. Did I mention MEN.
  • I think men. They don't go through things women do, like childbirth, PMS, or menstruation. They don't have to wear makeup or pantyhose, or girdles, or bras, or high heels (unless they are crossdressers). They usually don't have bad hair days. When they go to a car dealership, they don't bring along a woman to be credible. When getting their car fixed, the mechanic doesn't try to make them pay extra to fix things that don't need fixing. For the most part, they earn more than women do for the same job. When a guy is in a bad mood, it's not attributed to being "hormonal" or "on the rag". As you can see, I can go on and on and on.
  • It's really hard to say. Women have menopause, PMSing, pregnancy, childbirth, and the glass ceiling. And of course dealing with men Men have tougher court sentences, alimony, don't get to see their kids except maybe weekends after divorce unless the mom's a real f*** up, and no advocacy for the misandry that seems quite popular now. And of course dealing with women Note: there are only five things under men's catigory it just looks longer because most of those don't have nice one-word nut-shell terms.
  • I think it depends on the person. Some people make things harder on themselves. But one thing i do know girls periods are worse than guys.
  • Ok i think its the same for both it really depends on the person.People can make things hard on themselves. Pluss there are guys out there who have a big collection of shoes , hats , jeans and shirts maybe even hair. I knew a guy who was obsessive with shoes and he always had somthing going on with his hair.Like he gets it cut with a design on the side and spikes it practically everyday.I also know a guy who straightens his hair. I assume some guys fuss over what underwear they should buy.For example if they sagg they want there underwear to match there shirt or if they want to bring out there eyes there match that.
  • I think men because we women have to give birth and take care of our kids all through our lifes
