I am not afraid cause its something natural even if we don't like it.
-
Afraid? No. Happy about them? Not really. Pretty much accepting that they will occur and I will deal with them as everyone does. There is no way to stop ageing, and we all know people who look silly when they try too hard. So I am trying to do the ageing thing with grace and acceptance.
-
I'm afraid I'm going to wake up one day and not recognize myself! I'm only 24, so maybe I shouldn't worry just yet.
-
Not really afraid, because they're inevitable, and that would be a waste of energy. But I intend on keeping them at bay for as long as possible with every fiber of my being.
-
No I think Cat Stevens put it best "Look at me...I am old..but I'm happy" :o)
-
Yes I look older than I am already I don't need to look any older
-
No. Why should I be? It would happen whether I like it or not. Might as well accept it gracefully. :-)
-
Nah, I have the botox dr on speed dial.
-
Thats why all my mirrors are covered ; I've already got them!!!!!!!!LOL!!!!!!!!!
-
Oh yea, the smell of moth balls in the morning.
-
I was when I was younger but I have learnt to accept ageing gracefully.
-
I try to stay in good physical shape so hopefully I will stay healthy as I get older. That's the most important part to me.
-
As long as my mind works, I'm OK!
-
Only if my ear hair joins my nose hair threatening to strangle me to death.
-
No, I'm way past that!
-
Nope..I am more afraid of the mental signs of ageing :)
-
No, I consider them signs of wisdom being bestoed upon me.
-
Not at all. Wisdom has come with age.
-
Naaah Mate .. think I'll look rather good with a bit of gray in my hare .. if the wife see a gray hair in my beard she pulls it out .. and she knows that annoys me lol .. so bring on the gray..
-
what is to be afraid of? as long as I am not six feet under, i am happy
-
Yes I am. Knowing my bones may become brittle scares me a bit. Arthritis isn't high on my list of things to possibly look forward to. Not being able to participate in activities I now enjoy is going to be a challenge. The risk of cancer is heightened as you age. Skin can become easily bruised. As far as cosmetic, well I'm not looking forward to that either. Anyone who says they are looking forward to aging is either young now or wearing rose colored glasses. It's extremely important to take care of ourselves starting now, if you haven't already, to minimize the effects.
-
no im 43 and im told im 29 to 32 all the time
-
Not really. I mean we all age... but no, I'M not afraid.
-
no why should you be? as long as you treat you body well it will do the same for you
-
No. Not much sense in being afraid of the inevitable, plus many cultures would see your question as odd, because they revere their elderly.
-
to late for that :)
-
Yes, in the sense that I am not looking forward to having my body slowly deteriorate with increasing daily pain.
-
... while I do dislike many of the symptoms that gradually & eventually develop, I do not fear them ... NO.
-
Nope not at all ...but I hope I mature too ...and stop behaving like a kid :) !
-
I'm not thrilled with parts not working and being slower and 'creakier' but I'm not afraid of them.
-
Not yet, I still look young for my age so that is a good thing. The crows just made a very small indentation on my face. I try not to frown or smile too much but I keep the smile inside my heart so that the crows don't roost on my face and etc...
