I've never had one but it might have cheese and/or egg in it and that would make it more fattening. A hamburger has 10 grams of fat.   • The article included dressing with every salad and that's where the fat comes from. Eating fried chicken in the salad will add fat. Use light balsamic dressing and grilled chicken and don't worry about it.
