Not really. As I have gotten older sleep becomes more elusive to me from time to time. Maybe my body is punishing for the time when I was younger, and didn't think sleep was important. I regret that now.

Usually, I will go to sleep almost as soon as I go to bed and sleep until the morning comfortably, however the past few nights have been a bit rubbish, I've woken up several times through the night
-
nope. i go through periods of insomnia and i occasionally suffer from sleep paralysis. http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/1220081

Yes...as long as i'm not suffering from sinusitus, restless leg syndrome, torticolous or my chap bimbling around in the dark trying to find the bed and deosn't snore or my brother waking me up with his new piece of meat making weird slapping noise next door...then yes i do sleep well...occasionally :)
-
No i can't sleep well for some reason.
-
No, if you have the secret, please tell me
-
I have never slept well. Even as a kid I remember lying awake listening to the snores of everyone else in the house. I am an extremely light sleeper and every little sound wakes me. When I wake it takes forever to fall back to sleep.
-
Usually yes. My biggest problem is just staying up too late. But when I do go to bed at a decent hour I have no trouble falling asleep or staying that way.
-
no
-
Yes. I don't sleep much, but I do sleep soundly. I only have a problem if I sleep on a full stomach, then I'm sure to have a bad night.
-
No, never. I had my second spinal surgery in January and have a lot of nerve damage along with arthritis and degenerative disc disease. I can never get comfortable and I get pain with terrible leg and feet cramps that wake me up all night long.
-
I usually do and when I wake up it's ususally do to morning wood... :-)
-
Yes.
-
Sleeping I can do. Resting I haven't been able to do in years. Drug induced sleeping is no way to do it and I always feel like s**t waking up.
-
NO, I used to but when I became pregnant 5 years ago, I couldn't sleep more than 2 hours and I would be wide awake. I still don't sleep for very long and we have had so many sleeping issues with the child I was pregnant for at the time! I'm exhausted all day long and usually wide awake all night long.
-
I do not sleep well without the help of some good old fashioned Seroquol...I would have nightmares and or be up all night watching the doors and listening for sounds....
-

No and even with the meds from the dr I am restless and do not often get a good nights sleep.

I'm usually sleep deprived, so on my days off I sleep very well.
-

Very well since I had a tumor removed from my throat last year. It caused my breathing to be impeded when I was lying down.
