  • Yes and its not a good feeling.
  • Ooh yes. I'll be talking in my dream and wake up still talking. Or I'm reaching for something in my dream and wake up with my arm outstretched in the air (:
  • yes, but not as often as I think I do.
  • Many times!!!
  • I woke up crying when I was a little kid. I didn't know what I was crying about, but I couldn't stop. I didn't have a dream...it was just a random attack of tears.
  • quite often..house guests beware..I may scare the hell outta ya in the middle of the night..LOL
  • lol Unfortunately, yes. I was on a road trip with my friends in a van (no, not down by the river), sitting directly behind the driver, and I had fallen asleep while we were transiting the highway. In my dream, which I *still* don't remember to this day, I was screaming "STOP!!!", and apparently I vocalized that dream to such a degree that the driver stopped almost in the middle of his lane to find out what was wrong. I woke up and saw everybody staring at me, and we had abruptly pulled over to the side of the road--the driver asked me why he wanted him to stop and I told him I had NO idea what he was talking about (which, truthfully, I didn't). I was made the butt of most jokes for the next few hours of the road trip until someone else in the van did something equally or more stupid (as most guys will do).
  • No ocean.. but my son did once...hyperventilating and almost delirious... did the brown bag routine to balance PH (to take in more carbon dioxide)
  • Perspiring from fear but none of those.
  • Only once. It was a strange nightmare that would be impossible to describe in words.
  • I've woken up crying, screaming, laughing my guts out till I had tears running down my face and have also woken myself up by yelling & swearing at someone, and kicked & punched in my sleep... I have not sleep walked and I'm glad I only do those things once in a blue moon
  • I always wake up crying with laughter but can never remember the dreams...bummer.
  • Yes, But its the one's where I'mt levitating and then fall upon wakeing that scare me.
  • My husband wakes me up often telling me I have been screaming, but I never remember the dreams. I feel sorry for my upstairs neighbors, but then again, they never check to see if I am allright...
  • i've woken up laughing a couple of times. and out of breath a few time, due to wrong sleeping position. otherwise i'm a sound sleeper n don't remeber most of my dreams
  • I have woken up from a dream choking 'cos I was crying. I literally had tears streaming down my cheeks.

  • It has not happened to me in a long time, but I used to have dreams (nightmares) were I could not move or something was trying to hold me or catch me and sometimes I would wake up scared or wake up hearing my own scream.
  • I have woken up out of breath or screaming from a dream that I can't remember once I wake up.
  • yes and i usually remember the dreams cuz right when i close my eyes, the dream still plays in my head.. it sucks because they aren't true dreams.
  • I had that happen with a dream, within a dream. Panicked breathing.
  • I have woke up with a wet face before after having a sad dream and I have even woke up after yelling in a dream. I tend to talk in my sleep. It is interesting to wake up after those experiences.
  • ya it was the wierdest thing in the worl i was like falling off a cliff and woke up like screaming and stuff.... not cool
  • I woke up balling and pulling myself. I still swear to this day I was almost taken. I had relapsed on heroin and went down hill fast, the dream was the "devil" in hell pulling me onto his side but I fought and fought and I was able to get away with some help of course. I swear on my unborn child it was real. The realist thing I have ever felt. needless to say I'm good now and never want to experience anything like that again.
  • Occasionaly I'll have a dream where something suddenly happens like I fall off a building and I wake up by jerking my arm or leg trying to keep from falling while asleep.I'm always out of breath from it from fear.
