  • I could make you crepes, or... An Omelette with roasted mushrooms, spinach, onions, tomatos, and cheese. Or French toast.
  • Blueberry buttermilk pancakes with a side of crispy bacon and an egg. For bigger appetites, a "Zip" omelette, 2 eggs, ham, bacon, tomato, bell pepper, onions, and cheese.
  • Don't really eat breakfast..but if someone is visiting I'll make a killer Apple Crisp with organic apples, organic oatmeal (for the top crunchy part) , brown sugar, bits of butter and lots of walnuts. If the apples need a bit of sweetening I use Splenda to cut down on the sugar aspect..but you need the brown sugar so that the topping gets nicely caramelized..Splenda just doesn't cut it. Then you have a choice of putting some cheddar cheese on top (you know..apple pie with cheese) or putting some in a deep dish with (dare I say it) really good quality ice cream, whipping cream or whatever...I sometimes sprinkle wheat germ or wheat bran over the top..not too much, though...so even though it sounds really indulgent and not healthy, it is healthy and everyone seems to love it. :)
  • Too many to list. I used to have a group of family members come over every Monday and I would surprise them with some great new breakfast treat for them WE called it "Breakfast at Mondays" A joke around here since most restaurants are closed on that day. I've made French toast with cinnamon rolls or croissants. Every kind of stuffed crepes and blinis. Fluffy sourdough biscuits, sourdough everything I think. Great big omelets. Eggs Sardu for special New Orleans meal. Can you tell we love breakfast:-)

  • Coffee
  • Oatmeal made with raisins, cinnamon, mixed nuts and seeds, evaporated milk and honey. This is so delicious, I not only have it for breakfast, but sometimes for dinner or supper.
  • If its the weekend and my hubby is off work, then its the 'full works', bacon, sausage, black pudding, fried eggs, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes and fried bread. During the week the kids have yogurt, cereal and toast, i have coffee (x3) and a fag (x2) about 10 ish i will eat usually a yogurt or some toast.
  • I make great Scrambled eggs and Omelettes
  • This is what I enjoy making AND having BUT I don't make it for myself. I prefer to make it for at least two or more people.: Fresh-squeezed Florida Orange Juice. Eggs Benedict: The eggs MUST be freshly poached. The English muffin, fresh from the toaster or broiler. The Canadian bacon, warmed - NOT dried-out or rubbery! With fresh-made Hollandaise sauce. Hold the truffle! I never did "acquire" the taste for them. Well-done home fries with extra onion! AND IF anything isn't as I expect, I know how to constructively criticize. BUT this is why I prefer making my own meals. Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it! VTY, Ron Berue Yes, that is my real last name! Sources: My wonderful family! • I do pretty a pretty good omelet, scrambled or poached eggs, and really good banana nut pancakes or waffles. Most of the time, I fix those for supper as I don't have time to "cook" for breakfast (breakfast is good any time of day!). For breakfast, during the week I just have a bowl of cereal and some coffed. Sometimes on the weekend we go to IHOP.
