• If this was a "regular" case, where logic and facts carried any weight, the defendant's goose would be metaphorically cooked if his attorney testified against him that she helped him create a racket. But, this is "Teflon" Donald Trump. He gets a gag order threatening jail time if he says anything publicly about court staff, and then leaves disparaging remarks on his campaign website for two weeks about the very same court staff, and, then, doesn't even show up to court to hear the judge's reprimand. Does he get jail time? Of course not. "The rules are for thee and not for me" applies here.
